I TRUELY WANT ALL TO RESPECT THIS PLACE AND ENJOY ALL THAT COLORADO HAS TO OFFER. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY I WANT YOU TO SEE THIS AS YOUR HOME IN THE MOUNTAINS. Reservations  2 (+) month's before requested dates, must be for a 1 week minimum stay.

Reservations 1 to 2 , month's before requested dates, must be 4 night minimum stay.

Reservations requested 2 month's before, that are not for 1 week or 4 nights, must be for all 3 cabins and a minimum of 3 nights.

Reservations for 3 nights, can be made less than 1 month before.

Reservations over Holidays, must be for 3 nights and can be made 1.5 month's before,  if you are renting atleast 2 cabins, for 3 nights.

Reservations for a 2-night stay, can be made 2 weeks prior to your proposed visit.

Reservations for a 1-night stay, can be made 2 days before requested date or follow or start after a previous guest.

A $100 damage deposit may be required for all cabins before arrival.   Please read below  "Your Damage Deposit at Work"

Follow these  3 steps:

1. Confirm by email to Jeff (jbunnylane@hotmail.com) that nights shown on calender are available.This email should show the nights, the amount of people and pets if desired. Also you have read and understand the rules of why a damage deposit may be required.  All of this is important to keeping the cabins ready for the next guests       "THANK YOU".

2. Once confirmed and approved, 50% of total is required, plus the damage deposit, the remaining paid on arrival. The amount paid to your deposit can be used for your rent, upon check-out, PLEASE! , leave cabins clean and ready for next guests.

a.  You can make your deposit by PayPal, using the deposit button,( after you have gotten the approval from Jeff), then you can pay as much of the rent you want through the PayPal button.                                      Only increments of $100 can be made through the PayPal deposit button. (If you use PayPal ,5% will be added to the amount paid to PayPal, when you check-out.                                                                                                     c.
